port o’brien is another one of those acts that somehow flew past me during 2009 until last week when they were recommended to me by last.fm. threadbare is a collection of slow burning acoustic-folk that is tinged with tangible despair brought on from the tragic death of cambria goodwin’s seventeen year old brother.

“my will is good” is the first single off of threadbare. i’m not sure when the video was released, but nevertheless if you haven’t heard of this duo, give em a chance.
