Here’s some more good news for Strokes fans eaglery awaiting activity from the band. The band have announced that they will play their first show together since 2006. Unfortunately for anyone outside the UK, you’ll be unable to attend.

The band will co headline with Blondie on the second day of the Isle of Wight Festival, June 12 2010.

Here’s to hoping they’ll have some new songs in their arsenal by then. Looking forward to the youtube clips at the very least!
