well, one of the most widely anticipated albums of 2010 leaked yesterday evening, and now the prolific psych-pop hipster duo have upped congratulations in full for stream over here.

be forewarned, this one’s gonna take a lot more incubation than oracular spectacular. i’ve listened through about 5 times and am still hard-pressed to find something that could garner the immediate attention of listeners that “time to pretend” or “kids” was able to do, but i’m thinking that was intentional…and admirably ballsy.
