so the story goes like this. a “friend” of the newly upstarts the republic of wolves leaks snippets of the bands demo’s on youtube claiming that they are new songs from brand new new album daisy. someone should give that friend a pat on the back for the genius (albeit dickish) move on the part of the republic of wolves. with the release, the band now have the attention of quite a few brand new followers (myself included).
why? it’s simple. TROW’s vocalist sounds almost like an exact replica of Jesse Lacey. the similarities between wolves stylings and brand new’s untouchable sound is undeniable. the band have made the previously mentioned three demos available in their highest quality. check em out (the degausser-esque “spill” comes highly recommended”)
be sure to keep your eyes out for an ep/full length from these guys in the future. in the meantime, download away

This is some great music. When will we be able to hear more??? Do they play anywhere? Albums on the way?

Wish I knew more, i think these demo’s were just put out, so i’m guessing the band is recording an EP or full-length at the moment.
