Now that spring is finally starting to rear its head here in Utah, over a month after it’s “official” start it’s time to break out the hammock jams. Few things can be more pleasing than chilling out on a hammock on a mild day, drink in hand, with some good tunes. That’s where Neon Indian’s Psychic Chasms EP comes in. Little is known about “Neon Indian” other than they are supposedly a two-piece collaborating between Texas and New York. Psychic Chasms. If you wanna see them live, or purchase their EP, your out of luck as well. There’s little else than contact info to their booking and management on their Myspace.
NO MATTER, when I’m chillin out with my lemonade and sunflower seeds this summer, that will be the last thing on my mind. I already posted standout track “Deadbeat Summer” over on my best of[1/3] of 2009 mix. Heres two more tracks for your aural pleasure.
