for many, ace enders needs no introduction. since 2002, enders has had him name attached to a slew of records, his most notable coming from his former band, now defunct the early november. since TEN’s end, ace has put out what can be lightly called “solo” releases under two monikers, one of them being i can make a mess like nobody’s
business
. the world we know is the second release under the moniker, which was just released this past monday and comes highly recommended from yours truly.

two of my favorite cuts off the disc include the bareboned minute-and-a-half acoustic balladry of “my hands hurt” which leads into the poignant, building anthems of “old man”. the latter track easily comes across as one of the best songs ace has penned in years, and the rest of the world we know follows suit as a solid release front-to-back.
