It’s been a while since I’ve heard anything from the hellogoodbye front. They’ve always been hit or miss for me, I think I could love em if Forrest could just get over his love affair with over-vocoding everything he sings.

I’ll admit, I got a soft spot for over saturated cheesy love songs, which is exactly what “When We First Met” is. Electronics seem to be taking a backseat to simplistic and straightforward musicianship which is hopefully where these guys will be headed with their next full-length.
