the good die young. however cliche the oft-used expression is, it undoubtedly applies here. after 1 ep and 2 full-lengths, new york natives envy on the coast have called it quits. i always thought these guys were one of the better bands branded to this specific scene, tittering on the brink of wide-spread commercial success. unfortunately, now we’ll never know. in memorium, i’ve put together 6 of my favorite songs from the group, 3 from each album. get it here

I know you’re one of the few people who are with me on how much of a bummer this is. I ended up being pretty disappointed with most of Lowcountry, but their potential was undeniable. R.I.P.

Lowcountry was amazing so shut the hell up. EOTC was one of the best long island bands in the scene. Looking forward to what they produce next as individuals.

I have to say that low country was one of their best albums….they others were good but this one just had amazingness to them. Though I have to say that I saw this coming for there was a lot of tension and differences in where they wanted to go with the band. I loved ryan and dan to death they were huge sweethearts.
