I’ll be the first to admit I slept like a little bitch on Death Grips insane 2011 debut Exmilitary. The raw flesh worship of MC Ride’s harsh screaming flow combo’d with Zach Hill’s precisely psych-hopped percussion backing really is unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. If I was rewriting my best of 2011 list today, I wouldn’t hesitate putting it in my top 10.

And that’s what makes this next tidbit so exciting…

The band announced today they’ll be releasing TWO NEW FULL-LENGTHS in 2012, with the first dropping this April. No other info is available, but they’ve released this teaser trailer featuring new song “Blackjack” which can be streamed above.
