I was mystified by its dull simplicity on my first few listens through Suck It And See, the fourth full-length from The Arctic Monkeys. However, upon several re-listens I can honestly report it’s one of those growers that you just need to nudge a bit to realize just what the hell it’s trying to say. That being said, the band performed the heavy psych-grunger “Don’t Sit Down Because I’ve Moved Your Chair” last night on Letterman. Sounds quite alright lads, especially when those heavy guitars kick in for the first time right at the beginning.

Am I the only one that feels like every new song these guys have been putting out in anticipation for Suck It And See just keeps sounding blander and blander?
